WHAT IS PABLO?
PABLO is an employee safety support system.
A solution that, in the first place, allows you to maintain voice communication with an employee who works alone. In the managerial and technical staff, it gives the possibility of immediate intervention in the event of a failure or events that require a quick reaction of employees at the facility. The system is independent of other telecommunications media – telephony, cellular and wired, which is on the factory.
Who is PABLO for?
PABLO is intended for industrial customers, both small, medium and large, corporate.
How can we reduce costs with PABLO?
We can do it on two levels:
- Optimization of traffic and employee management.
- Increasing the safety of the employee – securing and preventing accidents, as well as enabling faster intervention when such an accident occurs.
Will we still have the PABLO system and voice communication in the event of a power failure?
Yes, we even use such terms as critical communication, i.e. communication in emergency, critical or unexpected cases. We emphasize that the system is independent of any other infrastructure.
HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?
The base of the system is the independent radio infrastructure, which I have already mentioned. That is the possibility of voice communication between employees using radiotelephones. Radio telephones work on separate, protected frequencies, which are leased from the electronic communications office. This is the frequency that is assigned to a given user. It is legally protected. This is the basis for ensuring critical communication between employees.
The second tier allows you to locate the worker. Both in the open area through the GPS system, and in all kinds of closed facilities, where the GPS signal is already degraded and it is not possible to base the location on its basis, using radio tags, which are an additional element of this infrastructure. The third element is the ability to generate and identify alarms that are triggered when an incident occurs to the user. It can be triggered from the “panic” button, from the fall sensor or from the so-called “dead man”, that is, by deliberately forcing the user to react to the radio.
Who is the client of PABLO?
Our clients are mainly production plants, which in their infrastructure very often have departments that require continuous movement, for example in the case of glassworks. As well as departments where there are potentially dangerous areas for the employee who performs his tasks there.
Our clients are large production companies operating in Poland, but also international concerns, of which we are proud. It is a brewing, tobacco, furniture and metallurgical industry.
Who will benefit from the PABLO system?
People who directly manage the technical team and maintanance in production plants will certainly benefit from the PABLO system. As well as people responsible for health and safety in the company. The former can see how and where the staff works and whether they are safe on an ongoing basis. They also have the possibility of direct contact and outsourcing certain things and communication.
The latter will probably use the statistics generated by our system more often, where they can see the areas in which employees operate, what incidents occurred, and the elapsed time from the incident to the arrival of help.
